Request a Refund

Apple decides refund eligibility for App Store purchases. Castitas support cannot approve, deny, or override Apple's refund decision, but we can still help with your app account.

How Apple Handles Refunds

Apple may ask you to sign in, choose the Castitas app or subscription, select a reason, and submit your request. Apple may also ask you to wait until a pending charge is complete.

If You Cannot Find the Charge

Search your email for an Apple receipt or invoice and confirm which Apple Account was used. If more than one Apple Account is involved, check each account on Apple's refund page.
